really good stay
kind touch beautiful grounds quick taxis
i loved the grounds with beehives. after signing in, our luggage had been placed in our stable rooms. taxis were quickly organised.
i noticed overcharging on multiple bills, i had to point it out each time. this.

a tender escape
lovely grounds brand new room comfortable beds spacious pool
The grounds are lovely. I enjoyed activities such as archery and segways. the room looked brand new. It featured high ceilings, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. the spa is first class, and very well run, sensitive to current restrictions. the pool area is also spacious and inviting.
I did notice a slight discrepancy on one bill. A small service charge was unexpectedly.

The staff extended a warm welcome. They seemed thoroughly briefed on my preferences before i even mentioned my name. rowan managed my many requests very well. She researched what was possible and made my welcome in the room extra special.

I often returned to the barn restaurant because gaetan managed it brilliantly. He was always helpful and charming. the chef showed creativity and considerable care when meeting extra food requirements. The breakfast also offered a wide choice.

Excellent stay
beautiful grounds friendly staff quick sign buggy ride
My time at the hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the grounds and the wildflower meadow. The staff showed themselves very friendly and professional. I have stayed in many of the world's top hotels and found them really good. I found my luggage already in my room after a quick sign in at reception and the Stables are a short buggy ride from the house. Taxis were quickly organized to go to the races.
I had a good overnight stay. the consistent overcharging let down the stay a bit. I received three bills , and I was overcharged on each bill.

the grounds looked fine! buggy carts provided easy transport around the hotel.
i received multiple incorrect bills during my brief stay. a discretionary service charge was before i even entered the room. a hotel spend included in my deal wasn't initially deducted.

the staff were really attentive. laura ensured our superior king room stable had everything we needed. dinner and breakfast reservations were made smoothly. we even saw a polo game!
i wish i had noticed that earlier. Though they did adjust it when i called.

Auto's service stood out. The grounds are gorgeous. I enjoyed the convenience of golf carts for moving around. The attentiveness of the staff really enhanced my time there.
The consistent overcharging on bills was a minor issue. I had to point out discrepancies multiple times.
