the grounds were fine. buggy carts allowed us to move around quickly. the staff showed helpfulness with requests. the cards and treats upon arrival added a nice touch.
i received three bills and faced overcharging on each one. a discretionary service charge was included before i even entered the bedroom. the hotel spend wasn't deducted from the overall bill. the staff didn't provide a proper apology at any point.

The grounds are lovely. I enjoyed activities such as archery and segways. the room looked brand new. It featured high ceilings, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. the spa is first class, and very well run, sensitive to current restrictions. the pool area is also spacious and inviting.
I did notice a slight discrepancy on one bill. A small service charge looked unexpectedly.

My time at the hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the grounds and the wildflower meadow. The staff showed themselves very friendly and professional. I have stayed in many of the world's top hotels and found them really good. I found my luggage already in my room after a quick sign in at reception and the Stables are a short buggy ride from the house. Taxis were quickly organized to go to the races.
I had a good overnight stay. the consistent overcharging let down the stay a bit. I received three bills , and I was overcharged on each bill.
